* Event Tickets & Paid Programs: Registrations or ticket sales for NPO events, workshops, or training courses are non-refundable unless the event is canceled entirely by Terrihannie.

* Digital Resources: Any digital resources, downloads, or course accesses purchased through our GoHighLevel store are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

3. Fulfillment and Delivery Timelines

* Donation Receipts: Automated receipts are sent immediately via email upon a successful transaction. Official tax certificates (if applicable) will be issued based on regulatory processing timelines.

* Digital Assets: Access links to digital books, guides, courses, or resource kits are delivered via email immediately or within 24 hours of successful processing.

4. Tax Disclosures

Donors and supporters are responsible for understanding their local tax implications regarding NPO contributions. Terrihannie configures platform processing taxes strictly under the regulatory mandates of South Africa.
